Pet Friendly
Two pets are allowed per residence. Cats and dogs are welcome, but exotic animals are not permitted.
Breed Restrictions
Breed restricted dogs are Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, American Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario, and Rottweiler.
Weight Limits
We know furry companions come in all shapes and sizes. With NO weight restrictions, we won't make your pet step on the scale in order to feel at home in our community.
Pet Fees
We understand how important pets are to our residents, and the fees we charge help provide and maintain a pet-friendly community with amenities for these furry four-legged companions to enjoy. A non-refundable $300 pet fee, and $20 monthly pet rent is required for each pet.
